  • This will depend upon the purity, quantity and current days fix prices. Our fully trained experts will value your items and make an offer to you based on all of the above, We guarantee to pay the best price.

  • That’s great! We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is prepaid; the envelope provided is tamperproof, strong & completely safe and requires a signature upon delivery.

    Once we receive your items, a senior valuer will be in contact with our offer. If you accept our offer, your cash will be transferred via BACS within 24 hours, if you are not happy with our offer, we will return your items to you free of charge.

  • No, it is not essential that your jewellery is hallmarked as our valuer will test its purity to assess it accurately.

  • Generally, any gemstones will not have a value and can be laborious & costly to remove. If, however, there are any of sentimental value to that you wish to keep, we suggest removing them prior to sending your items to us.

  • At Jackson’s Jewellers LTD, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

    We accept returns for items that are faulty or defective. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order details and a description of the issue. Once we have assessed the item, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

    Please note that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

    • Altered products (including resized jewellery)

    • Personalised or custom-made items

    Return Process

    1. Contact us before sending any item back.

    2. Ensure items are returned unused in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

    3. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method for your return.
