    You can visit us Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, or make an appointment at a time convenient to you.

    For postal valuations, please send your parcel using a tracked service to:

  • Original box and papers can help maximise the value of your watch, but they are not essential. We are still happy to assess and make an offer for watches without them.

  • In many cases, yes. Please contact us with details and photos so we can advise ahead of you making a visit to our store in Morpeth.

  • Yes, you can post your watch to us and include your name, address and telephone number in the pack. Once it arrives, we will call you with a quotation and arrange instant payment by bank transfer.

  • We pay you immediately either:

    • By secure bank transfer, while in front of you, or

    • In cash, if you prefer

    There are no fees or deductions, the amount you are offered is the amount you receive.
